This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5, for grant of bail in Crime No.106 of 2017 of Tappa Chabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 506, 488 and 420 read with 34 IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that no bail application under Section Cr.P.C.

was filed by the petitioners/ A.3 and A.5 before the Court of Sessions. Without there being adjudication by the Court of Sessions under Section 438 Cr.P.C., as there are no exceptional circumstances to deal with this application.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
