THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38865 OF 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were inactive upon her complaint dated 28.08.2015. Written instructions dated 09.12.2015 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur Rural District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the complaint dated 28.08.2015 was not found in the records of the police station but, as a copy thereof had been submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur Rural District, it was forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Guruzala, which was thereupon endorsed to the Circle Inspector of Police, Guruzala Circle, who then forwarded it to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dachepalli Police Station, in October, 2015.

The petitioner was stated to have approached the police authorities on 08.12.2015 and again lodged a written report and basing on the same, Crime No.230 of 2015 was stated to have been registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 354 I.P.C. read with Section 3(i)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, on the file of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur Rural District. This crime was registered on 08.12.2015 and Sk. Saida and Bommakanti Saidamma were stated to have been shown as the accused therein. In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands redressed.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 11th December, 2015 IBL
