This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 29 of 2016 of Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari district, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
