HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.794 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.50181 of 2012 in W.P.No.39512 of 2012 dated 26.12.2012.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 17.11.2022 also, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. The present Contempt Case is filed in the year 2013 and it is not admitted so far. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, if the contempt still survives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
