Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 22.12.2015.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
