This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.06.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.45 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

The civil miscellaneous appeal was filed challenging the order dated 20.11.2013 passed in I.A.No.148 of 2013 in O.S.No.99 of 2013 on the file of XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 20.04.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
