Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed on 20.09.2016 before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, but calendar case number is not yet assigned, and, therefore, the petition has become infructuous. The learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, is obligated to examine the charge sheet and the annexures thereto and get any infirmities therein rectified or else has to take cognizance acting in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
