This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2016 with regard to conducting of survey of his land situated in Sy No.246C of Tangaradona Village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of the judgment dated 03.03.2016 in accordance with law after collecting necessary charges therefore within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. A copy of the order in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
