HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4442 of 2014 ORDER:

This Revision is filed against the order dated 10.11.2014 in I.A.No.267 of 2014 in O.S.No.52 of 2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District, through which the learned trial Judge, has dismissed the said I.A. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.267 of 2014 in O.S.No.52 of 2014 was filed for receiving of certain documents after closure of evidence of the petitioner/Defendant No.5. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and examining the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the learned trial Judge, was right in dismissing the I.A., holding that the petitioner ought to have filed the documents at the time of submitting his written statement and that reasons shown by the petitioner for receiving the documents at the belated stage are not convincing.

I do not see any illegality or irregularity in the findings recorded by the learned trial Judge, in dismissing the I.A.No.267 of 2014. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ______________ S.V.BHATT,J Dated:13.04.2015 Rds
