HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38558 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing Title Deed-cum-Passbook in favour of the petitioner for the land to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Survey No.27, Mudasarlova (V) Visakhapatnam (Rurla) Mandal of Visakhapatnam District, which was assigned to the petitioner vide D.R.No.226/94/B, dated 12.05.1999.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2018 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in form 6A of the Registration Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6A to 4th respondent. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application to the 4th respondent in Form 6 A, and on such application being submitted by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same

and pass orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
