HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8991 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.2 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in S.C. No.26 of 2012 on the file of I-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad for the offences 201, 212, 120-B and 302 read with 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that, knowing fully well that A1 is planning to kill the deceased, he went to the place of occurrence on a phone call made by A1 along with a bike and after the incident, he took away A1 to some other place.

Learned Public Prosecutor informed that in a criminal revision case preferred by another accused, this court directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of three months. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the case is posted for earlier disposal, this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage.
