THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.6210 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.944 of 2017 on the file of the learned XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. She is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the trial Court in taking up I.A.No.429 of 2018 filed by her in the said suit seeking interim relief.

As this Court does not propose to enter into the merits of the matter, there is no necessity to put the respondents-defendants on notice or afford them an opportunity of hearing.

As the subject I.A. is stated to have been filed as long back as in April, 2018, it would be appropriate that the trial Court considers the same on merits and disposes it of in accordance with law. This Court is also informed that counter has been filed by the contesting defendants in the said I.A. and that the matter is ripe for consideration. The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of directing the trial Court to take up the subject I.A. expeditiously and dispose it of on merits in accordance with law.
