This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") to call for the records relating to Crime No.244 of 2016 of Husnabad Police Station, Karimnagar District, and quash the same.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime filed Charge Sheet and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
