This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 10.05.2016 in M.C.No.48 of 2011 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Registry is directed to return the documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
