RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri K. ANANDA RAO presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.7905/ 2012/A, dt.22.09.2012 along with list of enclosure issued by the 3rd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Section 22-A of Registration Act, 1908 and violative of the Property Rights as Guaranteed under 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned proceedings of the 3rd Respondent, dt.22.09.2012 to the extent of the House Plot No.21 owned and possessed by the Petitioner in S.No.
58/3 of Gopalapatnam Village of Visakhapatnam District; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.
