Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2018 to open the sealed cover of will dated 19.08.1958 deposited by late Balaji Singh vide receipt No.34330 and to copy the contents thereof in book No.3 maintained by the 2nd respondent and to issue a certified copy of the deposited will dated 19.08.1958; is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent - District Registrar, Hyderabad, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the above said representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
