UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No. 21354 of 2014 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly concede that after the filing of this writ petition, the State Bank of Hyderabad resorted to sale of the agricultural land and that the contempt proceedings initiated by his client in relation to the interim order dated 30.07.2014 passed in this writ petition have already been closed. Learned counsel would however state that liberty may be reserved to his client to work out his remedies before the statutory forum in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
