On 13.03.2015, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Though the matter was listed on 18.03.2015, on request of the petitioner the matter was adjourned. Even today, when the matter is

taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appears nor there is any representation on his behalf in the morning as well as in the afternoon. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
