THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10101 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - A1 & A2, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to grant bail in Crime No.7 of 2014 on the file of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 417, 419, 406 and 468 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The present complaint arises out of a civil dispute. Though the case was registered in the year 2014, till now the respondent police have not taken any steps to arrest the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the petitioners - A1 and A2 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 21.10.2015 and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, as and when required.
