(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) I.A.No.2 of is filed seeking permission to the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the CMA by granting liberty to file a fresh divorce petition on other grounds as per law. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner/appellant who reiterated the prayer in the Application.

Therefore, I.A.No.2 of 2019 is allowed permitting the petitioner to withdraw the CMA with liberty to file fresh divorce petition on other grounds available to the petitioner at law.

Accordingly, the CMA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforestated. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
