There was no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 31.10.2019, 07.11.2019 and 14.11.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 21.11.2019.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or his learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim orders dated 08.01.2013 and 30.04.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
