This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A3 and A4 in F.I.R. No.158 of 2013 on the file of the Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad District. 2.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet in the said crime before the concerned court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
