THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.1572 of 2016 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner/appellant/defendant is that aggrieved by the Order dt. 29.07.2010 in I.A.No.25 of 2010 in O.S.No.43 of 2010 on the file of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, he preferred CMA No.19 of 2010 before Agent to Government and though the arguments of both sides were heard and the matter was reserved for judgment by that Court on 15.02.2011, till date judgment is not pronounced and therefore, the petitioner herein seeks a direction to the court below to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in C.M.A.No.19 of 2010.
Having regard to the nature of the case, this Court is of the view that there is no need to issue notice to the respondent/plaintiff.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
For the reasons submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to Agent to Government to pass orders in C.M.A.No.19 of 2010 on merits, after giving notice to both parties, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
