ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent No.4 to produce Mrs.Waseem Seerath (hereinafter referred to as 'the alleged detenue'), before the Court and set her at liberty.

The petitioner averred that he married the alleged detenue on 28.06.2018 as per the Christian rites after the latter converted herself into Christianity and that thereafter, the Police of Panjagutta Police Station took away the alleged detenue from his residence on 08.07.2018. 3.

On the direction issued by this Court on 23.10.2018, respondent No.4 Police produced the alleged detenue before the Court on 01.11.2018. She informed the Court that she is living with her parents at Dawangiri of her own will and consent and that she does not intend to join the company of the petitioner. The petitioner, who was also personally present, informed the Court that in view of the aforementioned stand taken by the alleged detenue, he is not interested in her any longer and that he will not interfere with the life and personal liberty of the alleged

detenue, provided the latter withdraws the criminal cases registered against him. The alleged detenue agreed to withdraw the criminal cases if the petitioner returns her original certificates and marriage photographs etc.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case has been adjourned to today. Today, at the hearing, the petitioner and the alleged detenue are personally present. The petitioner has returned all the original certificates belonging to the alleged detenue except the original marriage certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that her client is interested in getting the marriage nullified with the cooperation of the alleged detenue and that therefore, he has detained the said certificate with him. The alleged detenue has requested the Court to direct the petitioner to delete all the marriage photographs from the latter's mobile. The petitioner has handed over his mobile phone to the alleged detenue, who has deleted all the photographs from the mobile. Both the parties have agreed that the criminal cases pending against each other will be withdrawn and that they will also cooperate with each other in getting their marriage nullified.

They have further agreed that they will not interfere with the life and liberty of each other.
