THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6741 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that in spite of the fact that the petitioner had submitted a representation on 30.07.2015 to the 3rd respondent to consider for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land of an extent of Acs.38-20 guntas in survey Nos.385 and etc., of Gundagudem Village, Alair Mandal, Nalgonda District, the 3rd respondent had not passed any orders thereon till date.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.30.07.2015 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed to the petitioner in respect of the above land within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
