Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that he had applied on 11.03.2016, seeking permission to maintain a slaughter house in Pittapuram Municipality area, to the Commissioner of the 2nd respondent and that the said official has not passed any orders on the said representation till date.

Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
