Today, when the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Marredpally Police Station, Secunderabad dated 15.11.2018 are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under:
"It is submitted that as per the writ averments, the petitioners are doctors and they are majors. They belong to different castes. The unofficial respondents 5 and 6 are 1st petitioner's parents and the unofficial respondent No.7 is her uncle. Their marriage is not to the liking of her parents and they are trying to divide them and in pursuit thereto, they are harassing them.
It is submitted that the allegations made in the affidavit are not correct and hereby denied. It is submitted that the West Marredpally Police are not interfering with the personal life and liberty to the petitioners herein or their marital affairs. The Police are also not trying to detach their relationship as wife and husband. The unofficial respondents 5 and 6 and 8 and 9 have not given any report against the petitioners herein till the date. The 7th respondent is also not influencing the Police. The Police are not acting at the instance of the 7th respondent and not interfering with the affairs of the petitioners and the other unofficial respondents. It is further submitted that the petitioners have also not given any report against the unofficial respondents herein as of now and not sought any police protection.
It is submitted if the petitioners approach the Police Station and submits a report, appropriate action will be taken on the same, as per law".

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners herein sent a report to the Respondent Police authorities by way of registered post on 16.10.2018. The learned Government Pleader
appearing for Respondents submits that if any such report is received, appropriate action will be taken.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition disposed of by placing on record the above instructions and also leaving it open to the petitioners to file copy of the report already sent, for necessary action. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
