HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.2201 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.20632 of 2015 Common Order:

Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 02.09.2016, the Contemnors are present in this Court. Since the period of lease itself was over and in view of the disputed questions of fact with regard to cancellation of lease by the authorities, this Court does not want to undertake the exercise of further examination of the facts in the Contempt Case and, accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed with a warning to the respondents to be careful in future while considering the orders passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner also expressed no objection for such a course of action.

In view of the same, both the Writ Petition as well as the Contempt Case are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
