HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1996 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is in progress. Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, the Police of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 in FIR No.29 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
