This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.70 of 2018 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad.

On written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been compromised before Lok-Adalat on 20.06.2017 vide Crl.M.P.No.733 of 2017.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
