THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE K. LAKSHMAN CONTEMPT CASE No.2 7 1 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted suo motu against the respondent, an Advocate practicing in this Court, on the ground that he raised his voice against the Court and threw the papers on the floor while arguing his case in WA.No.1362 of 2018. 2.

Notice having been served, the respondent Advocate has filed a reply affidavit stating that he was angry with his client for not keeping the copies ready and threw the papers at his client and not at the Court. He further stated that he had great respect for the Court and tendered his unconditional apology.

In the light of the aforestated reply affidavit filed by the respondent Advocate, we are of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this suo motu contempt case. The suo motu contempt case is accordingly closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
