HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.293 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.16 of 2012 from the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to any other Chief Judge/Additional Chief Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of petition before appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
