Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the concerned Investigating Officer has filed a report on 31.07.2015 stating that the dispute is of "civil nature", and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is closed at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
