Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of Order, dated 27-12-2014, in WP.No.39937 of 2014, by the respondents.
Respondent No.2 filed a counter-affidavit wherein it i s inter alia stated that he has allotted essential commodities to the petitioner for distribution to the card holders; that due to non-remittance of the Demand Drafts for supply of essential commodities in February, 2015, respondent No.2 has allotted only Kerosene oil in the month of February, 2015; and that, thereafter, the petitioner has been drawing essential commodities regularly without any interruption.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client is satisfied with the remedial steps taken by the respondents and that, therefore, he is not interested in pressing this Contempt Case.
In the light of the above noted facts and the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Case, Application No.135 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 7th August, 2015 LUR
