THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE NO.590 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act complaining the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 24-10-2014 in W.P.No.26114 of 2009.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A.), R&R Unit, Ongole and at paragraph No.4 of the said counter-affidavit it is stated that pursuant to the orders of this Court compensation was paid to the writ petitioners herein on 04-05-2015 with proper acknowledgements and pattas were also issued on 27-05-2014 under proper acknowledgment.

For the aforesaid reasons, the contempt case is dismissed and the respondent stands discharged.
