It is brought to our notice that the suit O.S.No.21 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Nizamabad, out of which this CMA arises, itself was disposed of on 06.11.2017 in terms of the settlement in Lok Adalat on 31.07.2017 between the parties, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
