This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents No.1 and in not taking appropriate action to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction made by the Respondents No.3 to 8 at portion of premises No.1-8-315, Pattigadda, Begumpet, Hyderabad, inspite of the orders of the Hon'ble Courts as illegal and arbitrary"

After arguing the case, Mr.Mohammed Shujauddin, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
