Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

The dealership licence issued to the petitioner was cancelled. Aggrieved thereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was also rejected. Aggrieved thereby petitioner also preferred second appeal on 24.04.2015. It is contended that so far, no orders are passed in the second appeal. 3.

Having regard to the above statement, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders in the second appeal pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
