Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to pass an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in including the property of the petitioner Open Plot Admeasuring 0.32 Cents in Sy.No.398/A of 80Bannur Village- of Jupadu Bangalow Mandal of Kurnool District under Prohibited Property list under Section 22 (A) of the Registration Act, 1908 Vide Letter No R.Dis (E2)/2845/2010 Dated 17/01/2012 and the action of respondent No.3 in refusing to entertain the documents submitted by the petitioners pursuant to the Letter No R.Dis (E2)/2845/2010 Dated 17/01/2012 as it being arbitrary, illegal, unjustified and consequently direct the 4th respondent to delete the above said petitioners property from the prohibited list and direct the 3rd respondent to entertain the registrations in respect of the property of the petitioners and release the document." 3.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file an application before the Committee constituted pursuant to the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Vinjamuri

CPK,J WP_45073_2016 Rajagopala Chary Vs. State of A.P., and others1, in which event, the same may be considered within a period of four (04) weeks.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that he has no objection for the same.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the Committee constituted pursuant to the above referred Full Bench Judgment of this Court, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.
