Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the F.I.R and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of Peddapalli, Karimnagar District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 5 in F.I.R.No.53 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
