HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2062 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 18.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.24830 of 2014.

When the matter is listed today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the order has been complied by incorporating the names of the petitioners in revenue records. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. As such, I do not see any violation of the order of this Court by the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
