THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P.NO.8 0 2 OF 2 0 1 4 ORDER:- Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner appears and states that his client is not coming and he has a doubt about the pendency of the matter in the lower court. Case status report furnished by the Office shows that the Suit O.S.No.1497 of 2009 on the file of the court of Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad was disposed of on 07-022011. When the case status report was shown to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he states that he has no instructions to the contrary.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as the original proceedings itself has been disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
