Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion it has been mentioned as "No Objection Certificate" instead of "Occupancy Certificate" and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. Permission is accorded.
