THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17855 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the suspension pending enquiry order dated 16.04.2013 passed by the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.V.Ramana, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the impugned proceedings and in the absence of any stay granted by this Court, enquiry was completed on 18.04.2014 and the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of reduction of pay by two incremental stages with cumulative effect.

In view of the said statement, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
