THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 40580 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner submits that his father was a fair price shop dealer to the shop No...as he has passed away he has made an application in terms of GO Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2004 which provide for granting of fair price shop dealership licence to one of the deceased members of the family. His apprehension is that his application may not be considered.

Without expressing any opoinion with respect to eligibility or otherwise of the petitioner, the application of the petitioner shall be considered in terms of GO Ms.No.4 and pass necessary orders subject to his eligibility.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
