THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4130 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 09.07.2015 passed in E.A.No.142 of 2014 in E.P.No.188 of 2012 in O.S.No.1392 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. The learned counsel also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
