HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38559 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing the notice vide No.B/2789/2018, dated 15-09-2018, in respect of the agricultural land bearing Sy.No.92, admeasuring Ac.3.38 guntas, situated at Pendyala Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the notice dated 15-09-2018, petitioners filed explanation on 06.10.2018, but without passing any orders on the same, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioners from the subject land. He also submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioners and pass orders.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioners and pass orders after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Till then, no coercive steps of dispossession from the subject land shall be taken against the petitioners. No order as to costs.
