As the Tribunal itself was wound up, and the OA is still pending, it would have been transferred to this Court in the form of Transferred Writ Petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved, they are at liberty to take steps by filing vacate stay petition in the Transferred Writ Petition. No costs.
