HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3935 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 05.08.2015, passed in E.A.No.224 of 2015 in E.P.No.2 of 2013 in R.C.C.No.4 of 2002 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid.

2. Though, the learned counsel for petitioner requested for an adjournment, but, the case status report placed by the Registry would show that the E.P. itself was closed on 24.02.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
