Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the rights and possession of the land admeasuring Ac.1.08 guntas in Survey No.199 of Gudipet Village, Mancherial Mandal, Adilabad District, without considering the representation dated 16.11.2015 made by the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Collector-respondent No.2 has considered the representation dated 16.11.2015 and passed orders on 20.12.2016. It is stated that a copy of the order was also sent by registered post to the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to avail remedies available under law, if any. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
